It's hard to believe when you first see it...so I understand your comment! All the artists are highly trained professionals; we try to exceed your expectations with the finished portrait. People have high expectations with a portrait, often they are of loved ones or important moments, so we treat each one with the highest respect and care. We don't expect full payment until the client is 100% satisfied with the portrait; we achieve this by sending you a image of the portrait, via email, for your inspection. Thanks for your comment!
